  • Leather is a natural product, breathable and partially water-repellent. The leather needs to be maintained with a good oil, wax, or spray. A leather hat never belongs on the heater, sun shelf, in the car, or on a sunny window seat. Just like a good shoe, your hat adapts to you. It becomes smoother and gets the usual signs of use (brim lifter or hat block barrel). Scratches and bumps give it character. If you think that your new hat has a fault that got through our final check, please call or email us. We are happy to help you find a solution.
    Crown height- 10inch /XNUMXcm

  • Please be aware that hats made from thicker leathers usually run smaller and hats made from thinner leathers are generally considered full fitting.

  • Kakadu hats - or Mates as we often call them - come in all shapes and sizes so you're sure to find a Mate that suits you. But first things first, lets determine your correct size. Remember you want comfortably firm

  • Wrap a tape measure or a piece of string (if you use string, you'll need a ruler as well) around your head so that it is above your eyebrows and a XNUMXcm / half and inch above your ears. No need to pull too tight - remember you want your hat to be comfy!

  • Follow the size guide below to help determine your size. There are some slight variations in size depending on the fabric used for the hat - thicker materials mean the hat fit will be a bit tighter and thin fabrics a bit touch looser

  • Size S: 55 cm, M: 57 cm, L: 59 cm, XL: 61 cm, XXL: 63 cm
